About eVoters
Built for the moment a decision has to stand on record.
eVoters is an electronic voting platform focused first on Committee of Creditors meetings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, and designed to support other formal decisions over time.
Why we built it
Formal decisions deserve a calmer process.
Electronic voting is often treated as a technical problem: move the ballot online and the job is done. In practice, the harder questions are about clarity and confidence. Does every participant understand the resolution? Can the organiser see who has taken part? Is the outcome easy to explain? Is there a record that can be reviewed later?
eVoters began with a simple observation: the professionals running these processes do not need more software noise. They need a dependable workflow that respects their time, the participants and the seriousness of the decision.
We are building the platform around that idea — starting with CoC voting, where weighted decisions, multiple participants and record-keeping requirements make a considered workflow especially important.
We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal or insolvency advice. Our job is to make the technology and the process clearer.
What guides us
Three principles, applied consistently.
Clarity over cleverness
A voting platform should reduce uncertainty. Every screen, message and report should help someone understand what is happening and what to do next.
Control where it matters
Formal decisions need defined participants, clear timing and a process the organiser can explain. We build for those controls, not for feature theatre.
Claims that can be defended
We avoid language that sounds impressive but cannot be verified. If a control exists, we describe what it does. If something is outside our role, we say so.
Who we serve
Different roles. One clear decision.
eVoters is designed for the people on both sides of a formal vote — those who run it and those who take part.
Insolvency professionals
Resolution Professionals, Interim Resolution Professionals and Insolvency Professional Entities running CoC and related voting.
Banks and financial creditors
Teams that need a clear way to review resolutions, record a position and retain a record of participation.
Committee participants
Financial creditors, authorised representatives and other participants who need a simple route into a formal vote.
Institutions and member bodies
Companies, associations, societies and institutions with formal decisions that benefit from a structured voting process.
Where we are going
Start with CoC. Build for the wider need.
The initial focus is CoC and IBC-related voting. Over time, the same principles can support company meetings, shareholder voting, associations, societies and institutional decisions.
We are deliberate about the order in which we build. Depth in the initial use case matters more than a long list of shallow features.
